Members of the International Fine Art Appraisers are expected to establish and maintain the highest level of ethical conduct, professional standards, and methodological uses of appraisal valuation estimates based upon their knowledge and extensive "hands on" experience. Ten years of active fine art experience is the minimum requirement for consideration for membership in the organization.
 
          Members are considered Certified and are expected to cooperate in furthering the high standards of the International Fine Art Appraisers. Members pledge to contribute to the "pool of knowledge" of all members and to interact and cooperate with other members. 

          Appraisals are not authentications. Our active members are available for appraisal services bearing in mind that authentication procedures are only sanctioned through the recognized authority for said artist.
